# Tracking Entity Changes

## From the UI

You can track the changes that have been performed to an entity over time via its audit logs which are accessible in its own tab in the [entity settings page.](/software-catalog/usage-guide/updating-an-entity.md#settings-page)

Note that these logs are only retained for a period of 7 days.
