Overview

Scorecards allow you to easily set and track best practices across your services, giving you a bird's-eye view of the maturity that each one has around different areas of your interest and the teams that own them a clear understanding of where they stand and what they need to do to steer towards your organisation's gold standard.

Terminology

Scorecard

A comprehensive list of requirements, with subsets of these requirements used to attribute a specific rank to a Service (e.g. Production Readiness Scorecard).

Scorecard Requirement

A singular requirement within a scorecard that is typically based on specific metrics or criteria pertaining to a service (e.g., the service must have an assigned owner). Each requirement helps in evaluating and ranking the service based on established guidelines.

Rank

A designation symbolizing that an entity complies with a specific subset of a scorecard's requirements (e.g., Bronze Rank). Ranks serve as a recognition of adherence to defined standards.

Rely currently support three ranks:

• Gold

• Silver

• Bronze

And an empty state (No Rank), meaning your Service does not meet the requirements to achieve Bronze.
