Saving and sharing your reports
The Reliability Insights page allow you to build different reliability reports about their application by allowing the creation of customizable reporting views and health dashboards. After you're done creating a report, you most likely want to share it with different stakeholders of your organization. To do so, your first need to save your report so you can then share it.
After building a report you can save it under a name of your choosing. To edit the report's name you can click in the report's title at the top left corner of the Reliability Insights page, and edit the name directly in that field. You can also edit the name of any previously saved reporting view by opening the report you wish to edit and follow this same process.

To save your current report view is simple, just click the Save button in the Reliability Insights page toolbar. This will display a modal from where you can also edit your report's name before saving it. From this modal you can also chose to save your reporting view alongside the filter set up you have currently applied by clicking the Save with active filters checkbox. Doing so, ensures that the next time you load this report, any filters you had active at the time you saved it will be automatically applied.

After fine-tuning your report and saving it, you most likely will want to share it with other stakeholders. You can also share the report with stakeholders outside the platform.
Each reporting view has a shareable URL associated with it. In order to share it with an external stakeholder, you must first retrieve this URL for the reporting view they wish to share and then send it through any messaging channel of your choosing, such as email or Slack. To share the report, click the Share button situated in the page's toolbar.

From the Share modal, you can modify the sharing permissions settings of the report. This allows you to control and limit access to your reports at any given time. The permission levels that are available are:
- Private: permission level applied by default. No one besides the user who created the report can access it. The shareable URL is disabled and the report is scoped to the creator's account.
- Viewer: the report can be accessed by specific members or teams selected by the user that created the report. Users with the Viewer permission can apply and modify the report's filter set up, but any changes made to the report can not be saved are not seen by other users.
- Editor: the report can be viewed and edited by specific members or teams selected by the user that created the report. Users with the Editor permission can make and save changes to the report's settings. Saved changes are seen by anyone with whom the report is also shared.
- Public: everyone with access to the shareable URL can access and view the report, but not interact or update it.
